Organizational Endowment Funds
The following local nonprofit organizations have established endowment funds at CFCG to support their missions in perpetuity. As donors, you can make a charitable gift to any of these endowment funds, and we will notify the organization of your gift.
Bragg Jam Fund – Supports the Bragg Jam Festival, a music and arts festival held each July in memory of Brax and Tate Bragg.
Central Georgia Technical College Foundation Fund — Supports program enhancements and capital improvements and student aid for the Central Georgia Technical College Foundation and its service area.

Cherry Blossom Festival Fund —Support the operating expenses, special projects and capital expenditures of the Macon Georgia Cherry Blossom Festival, Inc.
Family Counseling Center Endowment Fund — Preserves and strengthens individuals, couples and families through marital and family therapy, victim counseling, families in transition programs, adoption and custody evaluations, and substance abuse groups.
Federated Garden Clubs of Macon Endowment Fund — Coordinates conservation, beautification, education and preservation through the Garden Clubs of Macon and supports the headquarters house, the former family home of Mr. Joseph N. Neel.
Ferst Readers of Lamar County Endowment Fund — Purchases age appropriate books for children to enhance early childhood literacy in Lamar County.
Friends of the Grand Fund — Supports the ongoing operation and capital improvement needs of Macon’s historic treasure, The Grand Opera House.
Friends of the Library Milner Fund — Supports the development and operation of a Public Library in Milner, GA.
Friends of Rose Hill Cemetery Fund — Maintains one of the oldest surviving cemetery parks and landmarks in Macon, Georgia.
Friends of Tyler’s Place Dog Park – Supports the preservation, restoration, education, promotion and general maintenance and upkeep of Tyler’s Place Dog Park, Macon’s off-leash dog park.
Georgia Industrial Home Foundation, Inc. Fund — Serves abused, abandoned, and neglected children and adolescents, by giving the youth opportunities to learn skills that allow them to become productive citizens.
Girl Scouts Endowment Fund — Inspires girls with the highest ideals of character, conduct, patriotism, and service that they might become happy and resourceful citizens through leadership roles, summer camps, arts & crafts, outdoor adventures, friendship building, and sales experience.
Grand Opera House Endowment Fund — Supports the programs and maintenance of The Grand Opera House.
Historic Linwood Cemetery Endowment Fund — Supports for the preservation and upkeep of Historic Linwood Cemetery.
Historic Macon Foundation Fund — Supports any mission related, capital or operating purpose of Historic Macon Foundation.
Historic Riverside Cemetery Conservancy Endowment Fund – Maintains the operation of the Conservancy and supports their capital projects.
James E. Pettigrew Fund — Supports Macon Little Theatre, Inc.
Jean League Newton, AIA, Fund — Supports The Jean League Newton, AIA, Historic Preservation Internship Program at Historic Macon Foundation.
John T. Newton, III Fund of St. George’s Episcopal School — Supports the John T. Newton, III Scholarship at St. George’s Episcopal School.
Junior League of Macon Endowment Fund — Supports this organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through trained volunteers.
Lamar County Schools System Endowment Fund — Sustains and enhances the quality of education in Lamar County and provides grants for classroom teachers, recognition and special events, and student support.
Lamar Geddis Youth of the Year Scholarship Endowment Fund — Provides Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Georgia annually funding to award a college scholarship to the BGCCG’s Youth of the Year recipient.
Lanier Education Fund — Supports the Lanier Education coordinator for Historic Macon Foundation.
Liberty Church Macon Building Fund — Supports construction activities at Liberty Church Macon.
Loaves & Fishes Ministry Endowment Fund — Support programs, capital projects, or operating expenses of Loaves & Fishes Ministry of Macon, which is focused on meeting the basic human needs of those less fortunate in our community.
Macon Area Habitat for Humanity Legacy Fund — Supports building or capital improvements or funding new initiatives to meet the evolving shelter needs of Macon-Bibb County.
Macon Arts Alliance Endowment Fund – Supports programs, special projects or capital projects of Macon Arts Alliance.
Macon Concert Association Endowment Fund — Supports the Macon Concert Association’s annual chamber concert series.
Macon Lions Charities Fund — Encourages sight conservation in central Georgia and support the Zuber Cottage at the Georgia Industrial Children’s Home.
Macon Touchdown Club Educational Foundation, Inc. Fund – Benefits the Macon Touchdown Club’s scholarship program for deserving high school scholar athletes.
Macon Volunteer Clinic Endowment Fund – Supports the general operations and programs of the Macon Volunteer Clinic.
Meals on Wheels of Middle Georgia Fund – Supports current operating expenses and capital expenditures of Meals on Wheels of Middle Georgia.
Middle Georgia Regional Library Endowment Funds — The Middle Georgia Regional Library has eight endowment funds at CFCG that each have their own purpose, which supports the mission of the Library.

Museum of Arts & Sciences Endowment Funds — Supports this educational and cultural museum with a mission to interpret and exhibit objects of artistic, scientific and cultural value.

Museum of Aviation Foundation Inc. Endowment Fund – Supports the operations or capital projects of the Museum of Aviation Foundation.
NewTown Macon Organizational Endowment Funds — Supports community assets such as the Ocmulgee Heritage Trail and Charles H. Jones Gateway Park with its statue of Otis Redding, and projects to revitalize downtown Macon.
Nutcracker of Middle Georgia Fund – Supports the annual production of the Nutcracker Ballet.
Ocmulgee Heritage Trail of Middle Georgia Fund – Supports the maintenance of the Ocmulgee Heritage Trail.
Ocmulgee Land Trust, Inc. – Preserves local property and handles conservation easements along the Ocmulgee River to preserve land in the Ocmulgee River basin.
Ocmulgee National Monument Association Endowment Fund – Initiates and sustains designated program for the Ocmulgee National Monument.
Ola Mae Ford Tubman African American Museum Endowment Fund – Supports the largest museum in the Southeast dedicated to educating people about the Art, History and Culture of African Americans.
Otis Redding Dream Fund – Supports music and arts education, including but not limited to: music camp scholarships, music instruction/lessons, music internships, travel expenses for music education, and instrument purchase for Otis Redding Foundation musical instruction
The Shield Club Fund – Offers financial assistance to firemen, policemen, and peace officers in cases of extreme hardship or to their families in the event of their death, as well as college scholarships to officers and their children.
Southwest High School Foundation Fund —Provides support for the students of Southwest High School.
St. George’s Episcopal School Endowment Funds –St. George’s Episcopal School an excellent education through active learning and independent thinking in a school environment grounded in religious values.
Theatre Macon Endowment Fund — Supports Theatre Macon, which was established in 1985 to provide local theatrical productions, as well as education and training in plays, play writing, acting, and production techniques.
United Way of Central Georgia, Inc. Fund – Supports this organization that mobilizes the community to change lives and improve community conditions through agency programs that demonstrate measurable impact.
