Topic: Transferring Values through the Transfer of Valuables
Through this presentation, we will learn ways to introduce the concept of Charitable Estate Planning to our clients. We will begin by discussing a few basic estate planning concepts that will help all clients understand the need for planning and how things can often go wrong without both proper planning and proper understanding of how the plan works. We will then discuss some ideas that we can use to introduce the idea of integrating charitable planning into the broader estate plan. We will then conclude with some examples of how charitable estate planning can accomplish transferring the client’s values through the transfer of their valuables.
