The Jordan Massee Lecture Series on Southern History and Culture is a free lecture series that is open to the public, which annually celebrates the richly-textured heritage of the South and its diverse people. Named for one of Macon’s best-known musical and literary sons, the series combines the stories he told so well with our still-evolving and vibrant new trends of the present day.
