Established in 1957 by the Junior League of Macon and the United Way of Central Georgia, this nonprofit organization preserves and strengthens individuals, couples, and families. The center has licensed therapists trained in psychology, family therapy, and social work. The Family Counseling Center offers marital and family therapy, victim counseling, families in transition programs, adoption and custody evaluations, and substance abuse groups. www.fcccg.org
