Here are a few important communication guidelines for your Knight Neighborhood Challenge funded projects.
Terminology: In all materials, describe your funding as a grant from the Knight Neighborhood Challenge, a project of the Community Foundation of Central Georgia and the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation.
News Releases: Promote your project with a news release to the local media. If you’re inviting the media out to cover your project or event, please invite us too by sending the information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Social Media: Spread the word about your project through social media channels such as Facebook, YouTube and Twitter. You can find Knight Neighborhood Challenge and the Community Foundation on Facebook, and we encourage your to "tag" us in your posts.
Logo: You are welcome and encouraged to use the Knight Neighborhood Challenge logo on any collateral materials about your project, including websites, email blasts, brochures and posters. You can download the KNC logo by clicking the buttons below. Once the file opens, right click on it and choose "save as" and save it to your computer.
